Day 1
Arrival and Welcome in Lapland
Upon arrival, your guide will welcome you at the airport and transfer you to a traditional chalet. Settle in, enjoy dinner, and take in your first impressions of the snowy landscapes.
Day 2
Exploring Kuertunturi and Expedition Preparations
Today marks your first immersion in ski touring as you explore the pristine landscapes of Kuertunturi. Your journey begins in a tranquil boreal forest, where snow-laden trees create a magical setting. As you ascend, the landscape opens up to sweeping views of the surrounding fells—a breathtaking glimpse into Lapland’s winter wilderness. At the summit, take a well-earned break to soak in the Arctic silence. In the afternoon, back at the chalet, it’s time to prepare for the upcoming expedition. Your guide will go over the essential gear, ensuring everything is set for the adventure ahead. From packing your equipment to final adjustments, every detail is carefully considered to allow you to embark on the next stage of your journey with confidence and excitement.
Days 3 to 6
Hetta-Pallas – Hut-to-Hut Ski Adventure
For four days, you will immerse yourself in the untamed beauty of Finnish Lapland. Each day will start with a ski tour leading to a remote hut, with varied terrain including birch forests, snow-covered hills, and frozen lakes. The pace of the expedition allows you to fully appreciate the landscapes while pushing your physical and mental limits. Evenings will be spent in cozy wilderness huts, sharing warm meals before resting under the starry sky, hoping to catch a glimpse of the Northern Lights.
Day 7
Rest and SnowVillage Visit
Back at the chalet, this day is yours to unwind or explore further. You may choose to relax or take part in optional activities. This is the perfect moment to slow down and enjoy authentic experiences in the heart of nature. In the afternoon, you will visit the renowned Ice Village, famous for its incredible snow and ice sculptures—a truly unique place in the world.
Day 8
Departure & Farewell
After breakfast, it will be time to say goodbye to this Arctic paradise. A transfer will take you back to the airport for your return flight, leaving you with unforgettable memories of your Nordic adventure.

Skill Level & Physical Condition
No prior experience in Nordic or alpine skiing is required for this adventure. We use OAC skis, specially designed to be stable, intuitive, and easy to handle. However, a good level of physical fitness and overall health is necessary, as we will cover between 11 and 17 km per day, with some ascents adding to the daily challenge. This is an accessible yet demanding experience, where the combination of wilderness and physical effort creates unforgettable moments in the heart of Lapland.
Accommodation
During this journey, the first and last two nights will be spent in a fully equipped chalet, offering comfort and a welcoming atmosphere. Nestled in nature, this wooden chalet serves as both the starting point and the perfect retreat for rest and recovery. For the remaining nights, the adventure continues in wilderness huts. These shelters, though lacking electricity and running water, provide everything needed for a comfortable stay in nature. Mattresses and blankets are available for a restorative sleep, while a wood-burning stove fills the room with warmth and the flickering light of flames, creating a cozy and soothing ambiance.
